I aim to build multimodal AI systems that teach critical skills to both humans and models—empowering people to develop new skills while enabling models to improve autonomously. My current research focuses on model self-improvement and synthetic data generation, with recent work on self-improving vision-language models. I also have extensive experience in human-centered NLP, including alignment, real-world applications, and bias mitigation, as well as human-AI collaboration.
